This Site provides online access to information about Company and our products, services, and opportunities.
Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

Terms & Conditions
Enrollment in the Program: By applying to join the ITB Commerce Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Approval Process:
All applications are subject to review and approval by ITB Commerce. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
Promotional Activities:
Affiliates may promote ITB Commerce products and services through approved methods, including but not limited to websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing. Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices and avoid any deceptive or misleading promotion.
Commissions:
Affiliates will earn a commission on qualified sales generated through their unique affiliate links or codes. Commissions are calculated based on the agreed-upon commission structure and are subject to adjustments or reversals for returns, chargebacks, or fraudulent activities.
Payment:
Commissions will be paid out on a regular schedule as determined by ITB Commerce, subject to reaching the minimum payment threshold. Payments will be made via the preferred payment method specified by the affiliate.
Intellectual Property:
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use ITB Commerce trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting ITB Commerce products/services as part of the affiliate program. Affiliates must not modify, reproduce, or distribute ITB Commerce intellectual property without prior written consent.
Confidentiality:
Affiliates may have access to confidential information about ITB Commerce, including but not limited to customer data, marketing strategies, and product roadmaps. Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to third parties.
Termination:
ITB Commerce reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by ITB Commerce. Upon termination, the affiliate will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
Changes to Terms:
ITB Commerce reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By applying to join the ITB Commerce Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
