Which payment gateways are available in the U.A.E?
First you need the Indivisual or Business bank account to received the money, there are payment integrators available in MENA region, some are listed here. Amazon Payfort, Etisalat, Network International, Stripe, Checkout.com, 2Checkout, Paytabs, TAP Payment, CCAvenue, Telr, and HyperPay.
Do we need to pay for the Wix, Squarespace, Weebly, Shopify or BigCommerce platform?
These platform charge their hosting fee based on the selected plan.
How do I send the items to customer or manage the deliveries?
There are many shipping or courier companies working in the Middle east which helps you to collect COD payments and deliver the items, some of the names are Aramex, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Agility, Fetchr, TCS, Time Express, Leopard Courier, Quickr, etc. Consult with our team to select the best shipping provider suited to your business.
Is there any Tax to be paid?
The answer is yes, you need to pay VAT 5% in the U.A.E, if you’re selling in local market, for the cross border sales or re-export, there is no tax applied directly.
How do i manage the cross border logistics?
To manage the cross border logistics, most of the shipping providers provides the cross border logistics by air or sea. You and your customer can track your deliveries online by AWB (Airway bill no) or Tracking no provided. It’s better to do proper planning, if you’re selling cross border and understand the regulations of different countries.
Are there setup or transaction fees?
There are no setup or transaction fees with any of our plans. Some E-Commerce platforms charge transaction fee for third party payment processing.
Where do you host the Online store and data?
We use Amazon AWS Cloud Servers and Google Cloud platform for Online store data hosting.
